Depth to groove or indent should normally be no greater than 1.6 times
the width. This ratio of depth to width should be kept as low as
possible. This ratio especially applies to narrow grooves. Please feel

Corners : Normal corner radius is 0.062 inch (1.6 mm) with a
tolerance of +/- 0.031 inch (1.6 mm).
D. Fillets :
Normal fillet radius is 0.187
inch (4.7 mm) with a tolerance
of +/- 0.062 inch (1.6mm)
