begins producing extrusions of stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium as well as

Donald C. Van Pelt, Jr (Van) became
CEO of Plymouth Tube, the fifth head in the history of the Company. Donald C. Van
Pelt, Sr. continues as Chairman of the Board.

Plymouth Tube purchases Cold Work
Anneal plant of Trent Tube in East Troy, WI to produce super ferritic stainless
steel tubing for the power generation and heat transfer markets.

Plymouth Tube purchases remaining
assets of Trent Tube: Trentweld plant in East Troy, WI and Trent Processing in Chicago,
IL.
