Plymouth® Aerospace Products

To ensure mission-readiness, our aerospace products are manufactured using advanced hot extrusion, cold drawing, and bright annealing to achieve precise tolerances and superior finishes. Our facilities operate under AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, meeting or exceeding rigorous AMS and MIL-spec requirements.

Every component is validated through Nadcap-accredited non-destructive testing (NDT)—including ultrasonic and eddy current inspection—to guarantee the internal integrity required for flight-critical hardware.

Compared to standard 4130 steel tubing, ProMoly® has greater strength and dimensional consistency, providing more fatigue resistance, repeatable construction, and an improved buy-to-fly ratio for aerospace components.
