Plymouth® manufactures stainless seamless tubing in a variety of grades, all of which are compliant with SAE International aerospace standards.

Seamless Stainless Steel Alloys:

  • Austenitic: 304/L/N, 316/L/N, 317/L, 321, 347
  • Duplex/Lean Duplex: 2101, 2205, 2507
  • Nickel Alloy: 600, 625, 800, 825

For aerospace tubing requiring higher stress tolerance and corrosion resistance than stainless steel can provide, our seamless nickel alloy tubing is the right choice for aerospace tubing used in harsh operating environments.

Welded nickel alloy tubing provides the same higher corrosion resistance and stress tolerance as seamless nickel alloy but is a more cost-effective alternative for use in aerospace tubing.

Our welded stainless steel aerospace tubing is manufactured at our Trent production facility to meet aircraft industry specifications and offers the repeatable mechanical properties and dimensional control required for aerospace applications.

Welded Stainless Steel Alloys

  • Austenitic: 304/L/N, 316/L/N, 317/L, 321, 347
  • Ferritic/Super-Ferritic: 430, 439
  • Duplex/Lean Duplex: 2101, 2205, 2507
  • High Nickel: AL-6XN®, 600, 625, 800, 825, C-276, C-22
  • PH Grades: 17-4, 17-7
  • Specialty: E-Brite®, Nitronic 30/40, Alloy 20, Invar 36, 718, 21-6-9
