Andrew Hendrickson

Andrew Hendrickson serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Plymouth Tube Company, leading the organization’s global finance, accounting, and IT functions. In this role, he maintains the strong financial controls and disciplined management required to build on Plymouth’s 100-year legacy of manufacturing excellence and technical precision.

As a proactive business partner, Andrew collaborates with executive leadership and operational teams to drive data-informed decision-making. He prioritizes spending time on the shop floor to translate operational performance into actionable financial insights. This hands-on approach strengthens internal controls and creates process efficiencies that ultimately elevate the overall customer experience.

Prior to joining Plymouth, Andrew held progressive finance and accounting leadership roles within global manufacturing organizations, including RathGibson and Woodward, Inc., where he championed operational finance and business performance initiatives. He began his career developing a strong foundation in audit and assurance at RSM US LLP.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Purdue University. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
